What does my Risk Tier mean? How can I learn more about the crime risk data in the FR²AMP?

The number located in the first column of your dashboard represents the Risk Tier for that location. The Risk Tier within the FR²AMP is a custom risk designation that CAPIndex and McDonald's developed for franchise locations. The Risk Tier is a combination of the location's CAP Index Score (using the CAP Index Scoring System) and incident data for crime and loss at the restaurant location that McDonald's is aware of in the past three years. To learn more, reach out to your Field Security Manager or contact CAP Index support.
